Google launches new VR headset

Bangalore, June 13, 2017:  Google has launched Daydream View, a  platform for high quality, mobile virtual reality in India. Headset and controller will be available on Flipkart for Rs 6,499 starting today
It works with Daydream compatible phones -- currently  Google’s Pixel and Pixel XL,  Moto Z and soon on    Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+.  Daydream-ready phones are built with high-resolution displays, powerful mobile processors and high-fidelity sensors—all tuned to support great VR experiences.
The headset is made with soft, breathable fabric and is designed to fit over eye glasses. The phone and headset have an auto-alignment system so users don’t have to worry about cables or connectors.
A key element  is the controller. This small yet powerful controller lets users interact with the virtual world the same way they interact with the real world around them.
Your bst bet for Daydream content may be YouTube.  With YouTube VR, you can watch the entire library of videos on a virtual big screen and experience VR videos from creators from around the world. Additionally, use Street View to see curated tours of over 150 of the world’s most amazing places like the Pyramids and the Taj Mahal
