Mumbai August 6 2022: Ed-tech start-up xQ has appointed Pawan Kumar Vadlamani as Vice President of the company’s global sales segment.
With a rich experience in market expansion, brand building, category creation, handling multi-cultural cross-functional teams, sales value, and sustainable growth strategies Vadlamani has joined to help expand xQ across the country and globally.He has worked with Asian Paints for 14 years in roles of sales, marketing, and international operations. He is an alumnus of IIM Kozhikode.
xQ works to teach children the art and science of video creation. The IIM alumni-founded start-up has educated over 6000 students across eight countries in video-making. The ed-tech firm aims to make video creation accessible to at least one million children by 2025. They’ve received seed funding of USD 1.4 million from a Gujarat-based angel syndicate, which includes professionals from companies like Google, Axis Capital, Deloitte, Shell, and Tata 1mg.
