Indian technology and digital services  company  LTIMindtree  has joined hands with Aramco Digital, the digital and technology subsidiary of Aramco, one of the world's largest integrated energy and chemicals companies, to create a new IT services company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The new joint venture will offer disruptive digital services and industry 4.0 systems integration capabilities.  It  will support  Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by creating highly skilled jobs for Saudis in this sector.

Aramco Digital was created by the parent  company Aramco  in January 2023  and has signed up 200 plus businesses since then,  for its AI-first digital solutions. Earlier this year, it joined with Intel to set up the first Open RAN (Radio Access Network) Development Centre in the kingdom.
