Bangalore, November 24, 2022:  The International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIITB) received the Bengaluru Tech Summit, Silver Jubilee Icon Award at the recently concluded summit.
The award recognized IIIT Bangalore for its contribution to the journey of Karnataka State and for playing a crucial role in the development of technology, research, policy and technical committees in making the  city the most sought-after destination in India. IIIT Bangalore was also recognized for being one of Karnataka’s major contributors to the state economy, by helping generate significant employment and positioning Karnataka as a global hub.
The awards were given to enterprises and institutions, which have completed over 25 years of their presence in Karnataka and have contributed towards building the IT, Electronics and Biotech ecosystem.
